Filter
If a spreadsheet contains a large amount of data the Filter facility allows the user to filter data so that only the rows which contain certain values or combinations of values are displayed.
The following spreadsheet will be used to demonstrate the filter option.
The information in the spreadsheet needs to be filtered so that just the information regarding the Govt Bonds appears.
To start, highlight the information on the screen that is to be included in the filter.
To filter the data, from the Home menu, select Sort and Filter and then Filter.
