Plan (Strategy) – This first stage in supply chain management must be developed in order to address how a given product or service is to meet the customer needs.
Develop (Source) – Develop involves building strong relationships with the suppliers of raw materials that are required in the making of the product that the company delivers.
Make – At the “make” stage, the product is manufactured, tested, packaged, and scheduled for delivery. This is the manufacturing step. Supply chain managers schedule the necessary activities required for production, testing, packaging and preparation for delivery.
