To change the Number of Decimal Places
1. Select the required cells, row or column and right click.
2. Select “Format Cells”
3. Select “Number”
4. Select the “Number” category
5. Adjust the number of decimal places required
Columns B, C, D and E have been changed so that they now display figures to two decimal places.
