Part 1
1. Open the file Exercise 2.
The worksheet should look as below:

2. Change the name of sheet 1 to “Sales”.
3. Change the name of sheet 2 to “Copy 1”
4. Select all of the data on the Sales worksheet and copy it.
5. Select worksheet Copy 1, move to cell B2, select Paste Special and select All. The data from the Sales worksheet will be pasted onto the worksheet Copy 1.
6. On worksheet Copy 1, make column A 4 units wide.
7. Save the spreadsheet as S6Exercise2A
Part 2
1. Change the name of sheet 3 to “Copy 2”.
2. In sheet “Copy 2”, format Column B to be Bold, format Column C to be Currency pounds (£) with 2 decimal places.
3. In sheet “Sales”, copy Columns A and B.
4. In sheet “Copy 2”, move to cell B2, select Paste Special and select Values.
5. In sheet “Copy 2”, make column A 2 units wide, widen column C so that all data is displayed and delete rows 3 and 4.
6. Save the spreadsheet as S6Exercise2B.
Part 3
1. In sheet “Sales”, copy cells B6:B12.
2. In sheet “Copy 2”, move to cell C5, select Paste Special and select Formats.
3. Save the spreadsheet as S6Exercise 2C.
