The vast majority of AI is located within computers, telephones and machinery and humanoid robots are now seen as not practical in an industry or supply chain setting.

A humanoid robot has a body shape and facial features which resemble that of a human, and does have an application where human interaction is required, often referred to as ‘procedurally-based vocations’ and refers to roles such as;

  • Reception desk
  • Customer service
